Abstract

Solanum tuberosum L. muhim oziq ovqat ekini bo‘lib, uni yetishtirish yildan yilga biotik stresslar, abiotik omillar va global iqlim o‘zgarishi tufayli  tobora qiyinlashib bormoqda. An’anaviy seleksiya usullari kartoshka genomining murakkabligi, yuqori geterozigotaliligi, seleksiya jarayoning uzoqligi sabab yuqori biotexnologiya usullarini qo‘llashni talab etadi. Ushbu maqolada hozirda kartoshka biotexnologiyasida qo ‘llanilayotgan molekulyar texnologiyalr haqida so‘z boradi.
