Abstract
Ushbu tadqiqotda PbCl₂ orqali chaqirilgan oksidativ stress (OS) modeli yordamida kalamush jigar mitoxondriyalariga kversetin va kversetinning benzilamin bilan reaksiyasi natijasida sintezlangan KV-BA-1 kon’yugatining ta’siri o‘rganildi. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatdiki, Pb²⁺ organizmga kirgandan so‘ng mitoxondriya funksiyasini buzib, reaktiv kislorod turlarining (ROS) ortiqcha hosil bo‘lishi va lipid peroksidlanish jarayonini faollashtiradi, natijada jigar mPTP ochiq konformatsion holatga o‘tadi. Kversetin mPTP ochilishini 27,8 % ga ingibirlash orqali mitoxondriya barqarorligini saqladi, KV-BA-1 kon’yugati esa 37,3 % ga kamaytirib, kversetinga nisbatan samaraliroq ta’sir ko‘rsatdi. Ushbu natijalar KV-BA-1 kon’yugatining oksidativ stress sharoitida mitoxondriya membrana faolligini va hujayra energetik barqarorligini saqlashdagi yuqori potensialini tasdiqlaydi. Tadqiqot natijalari jigar patologiyalarining molekulyar mexanizmlarini chuqurroq tushunishga va yangi farmakologik gipotoprotektiv yondashuvlarni ishlab chiqishda ilmiy asos yaratadi.
