Abstract
This article analyzes the state administration system, hierarchy of titles, and ranks during the Khwarazmshah period (11th–13th centuries), specifically during the reign of Sultan Jaloliddin Manguberdi, based on historical sources. The study highlights the socio-political status of court emirs, military ranks, and dynasty members, along with the lexico-semantic characteristics of these terms. Furthermore, the scope of application and historical evolution of administrative terminology derived from Turkic, Arabic, and Persian languages are demonstrated.
