Abstract
So‘nggi yillarda chorvachilikda ozuqa resurslari tanqisligi, yem-xashak narxlarining oshishi hamda iqlim o‘zgarishi sharoitida barqaror va ekologik toza alternativ ozuqa manbalarini izlash dolzarb ilmiy-amaliy muammoga aylandi. Ushbu adabiyotlar sharhi daraxt barglaridan chorva mollari uchun ekologik toza ozuqa mahsulotlarini ishlab chiqish imkoniyatlarini kompleks tahlil qilishga bag‘ishlangan. Sharhda agroforestry tizimlarida qo‘llanilayotgan turli daraxt turlarining (Morus nigra, Fraxinus excelsior, Robinia pseudoacacia, Salix babylonica, Ulmus minor, mevali daraxtlar va bambuk turlari) barglarining kimyoviy tarkibi, ozuqaviy qiymati, hazm bo‘lish darajasi va energetik samaradorligi bo‘yicha xorijiy ilmiy tadqiqotlar natijalari tahlil qilindi. Tadqiqotlar natijalari ayrim daraxt barglari, xususan tut va shaftoli barglari past tolali fraksiya, yuqori xom oqsil va metabolik energiya ko‘rsatkichlari bilan ajralib turishini hamda an’anaviy yem-xashaklarga muqobil bo‘la olishini ko‘rsatadi. Shuningdek, pelletlash texnologiyasi orqali barglarning saqlanish muddati va palatabilitetini oshirish, antiozuqaviy omillar ta’sirini kamaytirish imkoniyatlari yoritildi.
