Abstract
Ushbu obzor maqolada malina (Rubus idaeus L.) o‘simligida uchraydigan Raspberry leaf curl virus (RLCV) ning molekulyar-genetik xususiyatlari, biologiyasi va tarqalish qonuniyatlari har tomonlama tahlil qilinadi. Maqolada virusning genom tuzilishi, uning asosiy genlari, replikatsiya mexanizmlari hamda mezbon o‘simlik hujayralari bilan o‘zaro ta’siri zamonaviy ilmiy yondashuvlar asosida batafsil yoritilgan. Shuningdek, RLCV ning epidemiologiyasi, ya’ni tabiiy sharoitda tarqalish dinamikasi, ekologik omillar ta’siri va virusni uzatuvchi asosiy vektorlar (jumladan, hasharotlar) ning roli chuqur tahlil qilingan.
Maqolada kasallikning vizual va fiziologik simptomlari, o‘simlikning o‘sishi va rivojlanishiga salbiy ta’siri, xususan hosildorlik va meva sifatining pasayishi bilan bog‘liq jihatlar keng yoritilgan. Shu bilan birga, virusning latent shakllari va diagnostika usullari ham ko‘rib chiqilgan. Zamonaviy SCI bazasiga kiruvchi ilmiy manbalar asosida RLCV ga qarshi samarali kurash strategiyalari, jumladan agrotexnik choralar, virusga chidamli navlar yaratish, vektorlarni nazorat qilish hamda molekulyar diagnostika va monitoring usullari ilmiy asosda tahlil qilingan.
Mazkur obzor RLCV ning biologik xususiyatlarini chuqurroq tushunishga, kasallik tarqalishini oldini olish va malina yetishtirish samaradorligini oshirishga xizmat qiluvchi ilmiy-amaliy tavsiyalarni shakllantirishga qaratilgan
