Abstract

Ushbu tadqiqotda Astragalus membranaceus o‘simligining barg va poya qismlaridan olingan ekstrakt tarkibida mavjud bo‘lgan xarakterli steroid glikozid-triterpenoid saponinlarni aniqlash uchun UV spektrofotometrik usul qo‘llanildi. Tahlil davomida ekstraktning turli konsentratsiyalardagi yutilish ko‘rsatkichlari qayd etildi. 10% li eritmada 220 va 254 nm to‘lqin uzunliklarida xarakterli yutilish cho‘qqilari kuzatildi, 50% li eritmada esa bu qiymatlar taxminan 228 va 266 nm atrofida aniqlangan. Konsentratsiya oshishi bilan absorbsiya qiymatlarining ham izchil ortib borishi kuzatildi, bu esa triterpenoid saponinlarning mavjudligi va ularning to‘planishini tasdiqlaydi. Triterpenoid saponinlarni aniqlash maqsadida uglevodlar va steroidlar uchun sifat reaksiyalari ham o‘tkazildi va ular steroid glikozidlarning mavjudligini tasdiqladi. Umuman olganda, tadqiqot natijalari triterpenoid saponinlarni spektrofotometrik usullar va sifat reaksiyalari yordamida aniqlash mumkinligini ko‘rsatdi
