Abstract

Ushbu tadqiqotda masxar va zafaron o‘simliklaridan olingan ekstraktlarning o‘tkir zaharliligi tajriba hayvonlarida o‘rganildi. Tadqiqot davomida o‘simlik ekstraktlarining organizmga ta’siri va ularning toksikologik xususiyatlari baholandi. Olingan natijalar ushbu o‘simliklardan olingan biologik faol birikmalarning zaharlilik darajasini aniqlash hamda ularni keyingi farmakologik tadqiqotlarda qo‘llash imkoniyatlarini baholashda muhim ahamiyatga ega ekanligini ko‘rsatdi
