Abstract

Mazkur maqolada kungaboqar genofondining geografik xilma-xilligiga asoslangan holda boshlang‘ich namunalarning duragaylash imkoniyatlari o‘rganildi. Tadqiqotning dolzarbligi yuqori hosildor va adaptiv duragaylarni yaratishda genetik resurslardan samarali foydalanish zarurati bilan belgilanadi. Ishda Fransiya, Turkiya, Avstraliya, Rossiya, AQSH va O‘zbekiston kolleksiyalariga mansub genotiplar ishtirokida F0 duragaylar shakllantirildi. Tadqiqot metodologiyasi dala tajribasi, qo‘lda changlatish, kombinatsion tahlil va statistik ishlov asosida amalga oshirildi. Olingan natijalar ayrim genotiplarning yuqori kombinatsion faollikka ega ekanligini ko‘rsatdi. Xorijiy va mahalliy shakllarning chatishtirilishi seleksion jihatdan istiqbolli kombinatsiyalarni hosil qildi. Tadqiqot natijalari kungaboqar seleksiyasida geografik jihatdan uzoq genotiplarni jalb etish samarali strategiya ekanligini tasdiqlaydi. Muallif tomonidan genetik xilma-xillikka asoslangan duragaylash modeli taklif etildi hamda F0 bosqichida istiqbolli ota-onaviy shakllarni aniqlashning ilmiy asoslari ishlab chiqildi
