Abstract

Visseral leyshmanioz (kala-azar) – Leishmania infantum deb nomlangan bir hujayrali (Protozoa) hayvonlar tomonidan keltirilib chiqariladigan kasallik turi hisoblanadi. Bu kasallikni tashxislashingi bugungi kunda bir necha usullari mavjud bo‘lib ular quyidagilardir: Mikroskopiya – kasallangan odamlarning ichki a’zolaridan (suyak ko‘migi, taloq, limfa tugunlari va jigar) namunalar mikrosok ostida teksiriladi va tashxis qo‘yiladi, Serodiagnostik usullar – atigen antitana bog‘lanishini aniqlash usuli bo‘lib bugungi kunda bir necha xil rivojlangan usullari bor, va PZR – polimer zanjir reaksiyalari orqali tegishli parazitning DNKsi mavjud ekanligini aniqlaydigan usul hisoblanadi. Shulardan Serologik tashxis usullari eng qulay usul xisoblanib bunda bemorning qon namunasini tekshirish orqali tegishli natijani olish imkoniyati mavjud xisoblanadi
