Abstract
Maqolada Parmeliaceae oilasiga mansub Xanthoparmelia tinctina (Maheu & A. Gillet) Hale lishayniginining ikkilamchi metabolitlari, ularning kimyoviy sinflari, tuzilish xususiyatlari va biologik ahamiyati ilmiy adabiyotlar asosida tizimlashtirildi. Manbalar belgilangan mezonlar bo‘yicha tanlandi, ma’lumotlar ishonchliligi esa uch darajada baholandi: X. tinctinaning o‘ziga oid bevosita ma’lumotlar, Xanthoparmelia turkumining boshqa turlari bo‘yicha ma’lumotlar va tuzilishi yaqin birikmalar bo‘yicha ma’lumotlar. Manbalarga ko‘ra, tur uchun asosiy metabolitlar usnik kislota (dibenzofuran) va salazin kislota (depsidon); konsalazin kislotasi kichik miqdorda, norstiktik va prototsetrarik kislotalari esa ko‘pincha iz miqdorida qayd etilgan. Topilgan yagona bevosita tajriba ma’lumotiga ko‘ra, X. tinctinaning asetonli ekstrakti Candida albicans planktonik hujayralariga ta’sir qilmagan (MIK > 100 µg/ml), biroq biofilm (mikroorganizmlarning sirtga birikib, hujayradan tashqari matritsa ichida hosil qilgan jamoaviy tuzilmasi)yetilishini (IC50 6,25 µg/ml, 48 soat) va shakllangan biofilmni (IC50 100 µg/ml) susaytirgan. Boshqa turlarda olingan natijalar X. tinctina uchun farmakologik dalil sifatida talqin qilinmadi. Kelgusi tadqiqotlar uchun HPLC-DAD va LC-MS/MS yordamida kimyoviy profilni aniqlash, so‘ngra sof ajratilgan birikmalarning biologik faolligini standartlashtirilgan bioassaylar yordamida baholashni o‘z ichiga olgan izchil tadqiqot yondashuvi taklif etildi.References
