Abstract

Ushbu ilmiy tadqiqotda Markaziy Osiyo va Oʻzbekistonning oʻta qurgʻoqchil, anomal yuqori harorat (40 °C dan yuqori), kritik past nisbiy namlik (20% dan past) hamda kuchli shamol yuklamasi sharoitida yangi yotqizilgan monolit beton konstruksiyalarini parvarishlashda neft parafinlari asosidagi plyonka hosil qiluvchi suvli emulsiyalarning toʻsiqlik samaradorligi har tomonlama oʻrganilgan. Qorishma tarkibidagi erkin texnologik suvning erta bugʻlanishi klinker minerallarining gidratatsiyalanish reaksiyalarini toʻxtatishi, kapillyar gʻovaklarda yuqori manfiy choʻzilish zoʻriqishlarini vujudga keltirishi va erta plastik choʻkish yoriqlarini hosil qilishi ilmiy asoslangan. Qattiq neft parafini, sintetik serezin hamda anion va noionogen sirt faol moddalar majmuasi asosida olingan 35% li kavitatsion suvli emulsiya beton sirtida 40-50 mkm qalinlikdagi uzluksiz gidrofob himoya qatlamini shakllantirishi aniqlandi. Natijada dastlabki 72 soatda texnologik suvning saqlanish darajasi 93.5% ga yetkazildi. Ushbu membrana ostida qotgan betonning 28 kunlik siqilishdagi mustahkamligi standart meʼyoriy sharoitdagi etalon namunaning 94.0% ini (33.0 MPa) tashkil etdi. Ultratovush toʻlqini tezligi 4220 m/s gacha koʻtarilib, kapillyar suv shimish koeffitsiyenti parvarishsiz namunalarga nisbatan 3 barobarga kamaydi.
