Abstract

Kobalt(II) bis-xelati Co(PGTS)₂ ning rentgen tuzilishidan o‘zgarmagan geometriyasi yettita bakterial nishonga molekulyar docking usulida tekshirildi. Oltitasi har qanday ball hisoblanishidan oldin muzlatilgan protokol asosida dock qilindi va oltitasi ham redocking validatsiyasidan o‘tdi. Kompleks oltitadan to‘rttasida erkin ligandning ikki shaklidan ham past ball oldi, eng kuchli ajralish Bacillus subtilis FtsZ (2RHL) da qayd etildi. Metall atomining turi natijani umuman o‘zgartirmadi. Vinardo funksiyasi bilan qayta ballash Vina tartibini faqat bitta nishonda takrorladi va bu xulosani sezilarli darajada cheklaydi.
