Abstract
Maqolada Surxondaryo viloyatining termal sulfidli (12 ta izolyat) va oltingugurtli (17 ta izolyat) mineral suv manbalaridan ajratilgan jami 29 ta mahalliy mikrosuvo‘t izolyatining standart Chu-13 ozuqa muhitida biomassa hosil qilishi hamda umumiy oqsil, lipid, uglevodlar va kulli moddalar tarkibi bo‘yicha skrining natijalari keltirilgan. Termal sulfidli suvdan ajratilgan izolyatlarda quruq biomassa 512,7–2387,6 mg/l, umumiy oqsil 17,25–32,40%, lipidlar 26,80–42,30% oralig‘ida, oltingugurtli suvdan ajratilganlarida esa biomassa 486,2–2486,4 mg/l, oqsil 30,10–52,40%, lipidlar 12,85–19,45% oralig‘ida o‘zgargani aniqlandi. Biomassa va hisobiy hajmiy oqsil/lipid chiqishini kompleks baholash asosida ikkita istiqbolli izolyat tanlab olindi: Sur-Uz-03/ts (2387,6±58,4 mg/l; oqsil 25,18%, lipid 36,40%) va Sur-Uz-15/or (2486,4±58,2 mg/l; oqsil 52,40%, lipid 13,65%). Natijalar biomassa hosil qilish qobiliyati bilan hujayradagi nisbiy biokimyoviy tarkib o‘rtasida doimiy to‘g‘ri bog‘liqlik mavjud emasligini, shu sababli izolyatlarni saralashda hajm birligiga to‘g‘ri keladigan hisobiy mahsulot chiqishini asosiy mezon sifatida qo‘llash lozimligini ko‘rsatdi.References
