Abstract

Maqolada O‘zbekiston hududidan ajratib olingan Ganoderma resinaceum Boud. turining uchta mahalliy shtammi — GRUz-1, GRUz-2 va GRUz-3 ning suyuq oziqa muhitida o‘sish dinamikasi hamda mitselial biomassa hosil qilish qobiliyati tadqiq etildi. Tajribalar glyukoza-peptonli sintetik muhit va bug‘doy qaynatmasi asosidagi arzon tabiiy oziqa muhitida, davriy chayqatish rejimida (12 soat chayqatish / 12 soat tinch holat) olib borildi. Mazkur rejim mitselial agregatlarning zich shakllanishiga ijobiy ta’sir ko‘rsatdi. Glyukoza-peptonli muhitda quruq biomassa hosildorligi 16,0–24,1 g/L oralig‘ida bo‘lib, eng yuqori ko‘rsatkich GRUz-3 shtammida (24,1 ± 1,3 g/L) qayd etildi. Ushbu natija G. lucidum uchun adabiyotlarda keltirilgan 8–20 g/L biomassa hosildorligi diapazonidan yuqori ekanligi aniqlandi. Shtammlar o‘rtasidagi farqlar bir omilli dispersiya tahlili (ANOVA: F = 53,6; p < 0,001) va Tukey post-hoc testi yordamida statistik jihatdan ishonchli ekanligi tasdiqlandi. Bug‘doy qaynatmasi asosidagi tabiiy oziqa muhitida ham quruq biomassa hosildorligi yuqori bo‘lib, 15–23 g/L oralig‘ida qayd etildi. Olingan natijalar GRUz-3 shtammining mitselial biomassa, suyuq inokulyum va polisaxaridlar olish uchun istiqbolli biologik obyekt ekanligini ko‘rsatadi.
