Abstract
This article develops a conceptual framework for applying marketing strategy tools in dental clinics in Uzbekistan. The framework combines service marketing, segmentation targeting positioning, SWOT and PEST analyses, and patient-feedback analytics. It argues that ethical, patient-centered marketing should be treated as a managerial system rather than as advertising alone. The proposed framework helps clinics align clinical capacity, patient needs, communication channels, and measurable performance indicators.References
