Abstract

Maqolada Helichrysum Mill. turkumiga mansub oʻsimliklar efir moylarining tadqiq etilganlik darajasi boʻyicha qisqacha adabiyotlar tahlili keltirildi. Oʻzbekiston va chet el florasida oʻsuvchi Helichrysum turlarining efir moylari kimyoviy tarkibi va farmakologik faolliklari qiyosiy jihatdan baholandi. Tahlil natijalariga koʻra, xorijiy turlar, ayniqsa Helichrysum italicum, nisbatan yaxshi oʻrganilgan boʻlib, ularda mono- va seskviterpen birikmalar ustunligi hamda antioksidant, antimikrob va yalligʻlanishga qarshi faollik mavjudligi aniqlangan. Shu bilan birga, Oʻzbekiston florasida tarqalgan Helichrysum arenarium, H.maracandicum, H. mussae va H. nuratavicum turlarining efir moylari kimyoviy tarkibi va dorivorlik xususiyatlari yetarlicha oʻrganilmaganligi ilmiy boʻshliq mavjudligini koʻrsatadi.
