Abstract

Suvning o'tishi sement asosidagi betonning xizmat ko'rsatish vaqtida yomonlashishiga sabab bo'ladigan asosiy omillardan biridir. Beton odatda bardoshli qurilish materiali hisoblansa-da, uning kapillyar g'ovak tuzilishi suv va erigan agressiv moddalarning tsement matritsasiga kirishiga imkon beradi. Bu jarayon xloridlarning kirishini, karbonatlanishni, muzlash-eritish shikastlanishini, armaturaning korroziyasini va boshqa chidamlilik bilan bog'liq muammolarni tezlashtirishi mumkin. Shuning uchun gidrofobik modifikatsiya tsement asosidagi materiallarning funktsional ishlashini saqlab qolish bilan birga suvning so'rilishini kamaytirish usuli sifatida katta e'tiborni tortdi. Ushbu sharhda beton uchun ishlatiladigan asosiy gidrofobik modifikatorlar turlari, jumladan, silan va siloksan asosidagi birikmalar, silikon materiallari, yog 'kislotalari va ularning hosilalari, shuningdek, tanlangan mineral va nano-o'lchovli modifikatorlar umumlashtirilgan. Gidrofobik xatti- harakatlar uchun javobgar bo'lgan mexanizmlarga, jumladan, sirt erkin energiyasining pasayishi, o'zgartirilgan g'ovak yuzalar va suv o'tkazmaydigan to'siqlarning shakllanishiga alohida e'tibor qaratiladi. Gidrofobik ishlov berishning suvning singishi, o'tkazuvchanligi, chidamliligi va mexanik xususiyatlariga ta'siri ham muhokama qilinadi. Adabiyotlarda gidrofobik modifikatsiyaning samaradorligi modifikator kimyosi, dozasi, dispersiyasi, qo'llash usuli va sement matritsasining g'ovak tuzilishiga bog'liqligi ko'rsatilgan. Sirtga qo'llaniladigan silan va siloksan tizimlari kapillyar suvning singishini cheklash uchun ayniqsa samarali, integral gidrofobik aralashmalar esa sementli matritsani himoya qilishi mumkin. Biroq, ortiqcha dozalar mustahkamlikka, o'rnatish xususiyatiga yoki sement gidratatsiyasi bilan mosligiga salbiy ta'sir ko'rsatishi mumkin. Sharhda mavjud yondashuvlarning asosiy afzalliklari va cheklovlari aniqlangan va optimallashtirilgan dozalash, yaxshilangan dispersiya va standartlashtirilgan chidamlilikni baholash zarurligi ta'kidlangan.
