Abstract
Ushbu tadqiqotda Phlomoides ostrowskiana (ostroviskiy qo‘ziqulog‘i) o‘simligidan endofit bakteriyalarni ajratib olish va ularning fitopatogen zamburug‘larga qarshi antagonistik faolligi baholashga qaratilgan. Tadqiqot davomida o‘simlikning barg va ildiz to‘qimalaridan jami 18 ta endofit bakterial izolyat ajratib olindi. Izolyatlarning antifungal faolligi Fusarium oxysporum, F. solani, F. moniliforme, F. vasinfectum, F. annulatum, F. equiseti va Alternaria alternata ga nisbatan in vitro dual kultura usuli yordamida baholandi. Natijalarga ko‘ra, QQI-7 izolyati barcha yetti fitopatogen zamburug‘ga nisbatan antifungal faollik namoyon qildi. Shuningdek, QQI-10 va QQI-15 izolyatlari ham keng antifungal faolligi bilan ajralib turdi. Molekulyar-genetik identifikatsiya natijasida yuqori faollik ko‘rsatgan QQI-7 izolyati Paenibacillus polymyxa sifatida aniqlandi. Olingan natijalar Phlomoides ostrowskiana endofit bakteriyalari orasida fitopatogen zamburug‘larga o‘sishini bostirish xususiyatiga ega va biologik nazorat uchun istiqbolli izolyatlar mavjudligini ko‘rsatdi.References
