Abstract

Ushbu tadqiqotda Apigenin va Naringeninning Glitsirrizin kislotasi monoammoniyli (GKMAT) va monokaliyli tuzlari (GKMKT) bilan hosil qilgan komplekslarining vazorelaksant faolligi in vitro sharoitda o‘rganildi. Tajribalar kalamush aortasining halqasimon preparatlarida izometrik qisqarish kuchini qayd etish usulida olib borildi. Qisqarish KCl (50 mM) va fenilefrin (1 µM) yordamida chaqirilib, komplekslarning ta’siri turli konsentratsiyalarda baholandi. Olingan natijalar barcha o‘rganilgan komplekslar aorta silliq mushaklarining qisqarishini konsentratsiyaga bog‘liq ravishda susaytirishini ko‘rsatdi. Ayrim komplekslarda maksimal vazorelaksant ta’siri 90% dan yuqori bo‘lib, ayniqsa GKMAT asosidagi komplekslarda yuqori faollik kuzatildi. Natijalar ushbu komplekslarning qon tomir silliq mushaklaridagi Ca2+-ga bog‘liq qisqarish mexanizmlariga ta’sir etishi mumkinligini ko‘rsatadi.
