Abstract
Tadqiqotda 17 ta o‘rta tolali g‘o‘za (Gossypium hirsutum L.) genotipi sho‘rlanmagan, o‘rtacha (0,3–0,6%) va kuchli (0,6–0,9%) sho‘rlangan dala sharoitlarida fenotipik hamda 20 ta SSR lokusi asosida molekulyar baholandi. Genotip, sho‘rlanish darajasi va ularning o‘zaro ta’siri barcha o‘rganilgan agrobiologik va tola sifat belgilariga sezilarli ta’sir ko‘rsatdi (P < 0,001). Kuchli sho‘rlanishda o‘simlik bo‘yi 77,26 sm dan 49,04 sm gacha, ko‘sak og‘irligi 5,28 g dan 3,88 g gacha, chigitli paxta hosildorligi esa 26,74 dan 8,72 g o‘simlik⁻¹ gacha kamaydi. Orzu, Mehnat, T-1090 va T-2000 genotiplari hosildorlikni, T-1001, L-217 va T-1024 esa ayrim tola sifat ko‘rsatkichlarini nisbatan barqaror saqladi. SSR tahlilida 53 ta allel aniqlandi; lokuslarning 95% i polimorf bo‘lib, o‘rtacha He 0,488 va PIC 0,436 ni tashkil etdi. Genotiplar uchta genetik guruhga ajraldi, AMOVA bo‘yicha variatsiyaning 42% i guruhlar o‘rtasida va 58% i guruhlar ichida kuzatildi. NAU3588, BNL3545, BNL1421, NAU5434 va TMB1295 lokuslarida qulay, JESPR65 lokusida esa SFI bilan bog‘liq noqulay nomzod allel–belgi assotsiatsiyasi aniqlandi. Ushbu assotsiatsiyalarni seleksiyada qo‘llashdan oldin yirik va mustaqil populyatsiyalarda validatsiya qilish zarur.References
