Abstract
Maqolada Yangi iqtisodiy siyosatning (NEP) 1921–1929-yillarda
Turkiston oʻlkasi agrar munosabatlariga koʻrsatgan taʼsiri tarixiy-tahliliy nuqtai nazardan
oʻrganilgan. Harbiy kommunizm siyosatidan oziq-ovqat soligʻi tizimiga oʻtish, yer-suv
munosabatlarining qayta tartibga solinishi, dehqon xoʻjaligining iqtisodiy ragʻbatlanishi,
bozor ayirboshlovining qisman tiklanishi hamda davlat nazoratining saqlanib qolishi oʻzaro
bogʻliqlikda tadqiq etilgan. Tadqiqot xorijiy ilmiy jurnallarda eʼlon qilingan maqolalar,
statistik maʼlumotlar va hujjatli materiallarga tayanadi. Tahlil natijalari NEP oʻlka
qishlogʻini inqirozdan chiqarishda muayyan rol oʻynagani, biroq agrar sohada erkinlashuv
bilan markaziy nazorat oʻrtasidagi muvozanatsizlik saqlanib qolgani va bu hol keyingi
majburiy kollektivlashtirish uchun ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy zamin yaratgani toʻgʻrisidagi xulosaga
olib keladi.
