Abstract

Mazkur maqolada XX asrning o‘rtalarida ingliz adabiyotida shakllangan “ishchi romanlar” fenomeni, uning ijtimoiy hamda badiiy xususiyatlari tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda ishchi obrazining 1930-yillardagi jabrlanuvchi tipidan 1960–70-yillardagi faol, individualistik va isyonkor qiyofaga aylanishi ko‘rsatib beriladi. Shuningdek, Alan Sillitoe, Devid Storey, Melvin Bragg, Sid Chaplin va Sten Barstou asarlarida ishchi sinfi hayoti, ijtimoiy ziddiyatlar hamda axloqiy qadriyatlarning aks etishi yoritiladi.
