Abstract
Mazkur maqolada pedagogik faoliyatning aksiologik va ma’naviy mezonlari qadriyatli-shaxsiy qatlam doirasida tahlil qilinadi. Pedagogik madaniyatning ichki asosini tashkil etuvchi ushbu qatlam o‘qituvchining kasbiy pozitsiyasi, gumanistik yo‘nalganligi, kasbiy etikasi, muloqot madaniyati, refleksivligi va ijodkorligi bilan tavsiflanadi. Tadqiqotda bo‘lajak ingliz tili o‘qituvchisining kasbiy tayyorgarligida pedagogik madaniyatning strategik ahamiyati asoslab berilib, pedagogik mazmun bilimi hamda didaktik fikrlash madaniyatining o‘rni yoritiladi.
