Abstract
Ushbu maqolada Aspicilia cinerea (Megasporaceae) lishaynigining ikkilamchi metabolitlari, biologik faolligi, uning tarkibidagi birikmalar (birinchi navbatda norstiktik kislota va aspitsilin makrolidi) asosida metallorganik hamda supramolekulyar birikmalar sintezining metodologiyasi va istiqbollari, shuningdek ushbu lishaynikning endolishen zamburug‘larining kimyoviy tarkibi va biologik faolligi bo‘yicha so‘nggi o‘n yildagi ilmiy adabiyotlar tahlil qilingan. A. cinerea ning asosiy metaboliti norstiktik kislota bo‘lib, u orto-holatdagi erkin gidroksil va karbonil guruhlari tufayli metall ionlari bilan barqaror xelat hosil qilishga qodir; bu esa uni koordinatsion kimyo uchun istiqbolli ob'ekt qiladi. Tahlil natijasida norstiktik kislotaning turli metall komplekslari va aspitsilin asosidagi supramolekulyar tizimlar kam o‘rganilgan ilmiy bo‘shliq ekanligi aniqlandi.References
