Abstract
Ushbu maqolada Lecidea atrobrunnea (Lecideaceae) lishaynigining ikkilamchi metabolitlari, biologik faolligi, uning tarkibidagi depsid va depsidonlar (konfluentik va norstiktik kislotalar) asosida metallorganik hamda supramolekulyar birikmalar sintezining metodologiyasi va eng samarali usullari, sintez qilingan birikmalarning biologik faolligi, shuningdek ushbu lishaynikning endolishen zamburug‘larining kimyoviy tarkibi va biologik faolligi bo‘yicha so‘nggi o‘n yildagi ilmiy adabiyotlar tahlil qilingan. L. atrobrunnea ning ham konfluentik, ham norstiktik kislotani saqlashi uni metall koordinatsion kimyosi uchun ayniqsa qiziqarli ob’ekt qiladi: norstiktik kislotaning mis kompleksi tasdiqlangan bo‘lsa-da, konfluentik kislotaning metall komplekslari deyarli o‘rganilmagan. Bu esa yangi biologik faol koordinatsion va supramolekulyar birikmalar yaratish uchun istiqbolli ilmiy yo‘nalishni belgilaydi.References
