Abstract

Ushbu tadqiqotda Samarqand shahri tarixiy obidalari-Sherdor madrasasi, Go’ri Amir maqbarasi, Ulug’bek rasadxonasi atrofida mavjud ayrim asriy daraxtalar- Taxodium distichum, Thuja orientalis, Juniperus virginiana, Tilia Cordata, Pinus silvestris, Cupressus arizonica, Cupressus sempervirens, Aesculus hippocastanum L., ning po‘stlog‘i, bargi, guli, yetilmagan mevalari va tuprog’idan steril Petri chashkalariga o‘simlik namunalari olindi. Laboratoriya sharoitida namunalarga ishlov berish biologik xavfsizlik kamerasi BSC- 1300IIA2-X da amalga oshirildi.
