Abstract
Tadqiqotda xitozan va quruq sut zardobi majmuasining Kobb-500 broylerlari qon ko‘rsatkichlari hamda oqsil-uglevod almashinuviga ta’siri baholandi. Tajribadagi 100 bosh bir kunlik jo‘ja to‘rtta guruhga ajratilib, 42 kun davomida 40, 60 va 80 mg/jo‘ja/kun doza berildi. Har bir bosqichda 5 bosh jo‘jada eritrotsitlar, leykotsitlar, gemoglobin, umumiy oqsil va glyukoza aniqlandi. 28-kunda 60 mg doza olgan guruhda gemoglobin 116,02 ± 2,11 g/l ni tashkil etib, nazoratdan 6,27 foizga yuqori bo‘ldi (P < 0,05). 42-kunda ushbu guruhda eritrotsitlar va gemoglobin miqdori biroz oshgan bo‘lsa-da, statistik farq qayd etilmadi. Leykotsitlar barcha guruhlarda barqaror saqlandi. Oqsil va glyukoza miqdoridagi siljishlar ham statistik tasdiqlanmadi. Natijalar qo‘llanilgan dozalarning hematologik va metabolik me’yorni buzmaganini ko‘rsatadi.References
