Abstract
Zamonaviy oliy ta’lim zudlik bilan muhandislik oliy o‘quv yurtlari o‘qituvchilarining pedagogik mahorati va ularni rivojlantirish jarayoni bo‘yicha nazariy bilimlarning kompleks tizimini talab qiladi. Bu ehtiyoj mahalliy muhandislik ta’limini modernizatsiya qilishning hozirgi holati bilan bog‘liq bo‘lib, bu yerda pedagogik kadrlar tayyorlash sifatining yetakchi tarkibiy qismi sifatida muhandislik-pedagogik faoliyat sifatini oshirish masalasi ustuvor vazifaga aylanmoqda. Texnika oliy o‘quv yurtlari o‘qituvchilarining pedagogik mahoratini rivojlantirish va takomillashtirish jarayonini ochib beruvchi uslubiy asoslar va konseptual nazariy takliflar ishlab chiqildi; uning mohiyati, mazmuni, tuzilishi, mezonlari va ko‘rsatkichlari aniqlanadi; muhandislik-texnika oliy o‘quv yurtlari o‘qituvchilarining pedagogik mahoratini oshirishning asosiy qonuniyatlari, qarama- qarshiliklari va tamoyillari aniqlanadi va asoslanadi.References
