Abstract
This article examines the role of Task-Based Learning (TBL) in developing the speaking skills of English as a Foreign Language (EFL) learners. The study highlights how communicative and meaningful classroom tasks enhance learners' fluency, accuracy, confidence, and interaction. It also discusses the effectiveness of task-based activities in creating a learner-centered environment that encourages active participation and authentic language use. The findings suggest that Task-Based Learning significantly improves students' oral communication skills and increases their motivation to learn English.References
