Abstract
Maqolada O‘zbekiston tajribasida davlat va nodavlat ommaviy axborot vositalarining (OAV) saylov jarayonlarini yoritishdagi funksional rollari tahlil qilinadi. Davlat OAVning rasmiy axborot tarqatish, siyosiy tizimni legitimlashtirish va fuqarolarni mobilizatsiya qilish vazifalari, nodavlat OAVning axborot plüralizmini ta’minlash, “watchdog” funksiyasi, tanqidiy tahlil va muqobil kun tartibini shakllantirishdagi o‘rni ko‘rib chiqiladi. Kommunikativ yondashuvlar (agenda-setting, framing), huquqiy asoslar, auditoriya segmentlari va raqamli media sharoitidagi gibrid tizim o‘zgarishlari tahlil etiladi. Maqola davlat va nodavlat OAVning o‘zaro to‘ldiruvchi roli orqali siyosiy kommunikatsiyada axborot muvozanati va demokratik nazoratni ta’minlash zarurligini ta’kidlaydi.References
