Abstract

Mazkur maqolada dukkakdoshlar oilasiga mansub, dunyo tibbiyoti va farmatsevtikasida keng qo'llaniladigan Senna alexandrina Mill. (sinonimlari Cassia angustifolia Vahl, Cassia senna L.) o'simligining botanik xususiyatlari, kimyoviy tarkibi va farmakologik ta'sir mexanizmlari ilmiy adabiyotlar tahlili asosida yoritilgan. O'simlik bargi va mevasida uchraydigan asosiy faol moddalar sennozid A, B, C, D antrakinon glikozidlari, flavonoidlar (kversetin, kempferol, izoramnetin), mutsilaj va tanin birikmalari bo'lib, ular o'simlikning surgi (laksativ), gipoglikemik, antimikrob, yallig'lanishga qarshi va antioksidant xususiyatlarini belgilaydi. Maqolada o'simlikning zamonaviy fitoterapiyada qo'llanilishi, farmakodinamik xususiyatlari, klinik ahamiyati, shuningdek nazoratsiz va uzoq muddatli iste'mol qilishda yuzaga keladigan yon ta'sirlar tahlil qilingan.
