Abstract
Maqolada metanning oksidlovchi kondensatsiyasi (MOK) orqali etan va etilen olish jarayonining ilmiy-texnik rivojlanish holati tizimli ravishda umumlashtirilgan. Tahlil mahalliy tadqiqotlarda taklif qilingan marganets-molibdat-tsirkoniy oksidi katalitik tizimlarini, oqim differentsial reaktorida olingan kinetik ma’lumotlarni va etilenni tabiiy gazdan ajratish texnologik sxemasini zamonaviy xalqaro natijalar bilan taqqoslash asosida amalga oshirildi. Jarayonda metan faol sirt moddar ishtirokida metil radikaliga aylanib, metil radikallari dimerlanib etanga va etan degidrogenlanib etilenga aylanadi. (Mn2O3)x·(Na2MoO4)y·(ZrO2)z katalizator uchun C2 uglevodorodlar unumi yuqori holat 750°C, 0,1 MPa va 1000 soat-1 atrofidagi sharoitlarda tanlangan. Tizimli tahlil natijasida yuqori harorat, konversiya va selektivlik mos tushihsi, ta’sir joylari, CH4:O2 aralashmasining portlash xavfi, faol komponentlar harakati, olingan mahsulotni ajratishdagui muammolar sanoatda ishlatishni cheklovchi omillar sifatida qaraladi.References
