Abstract
Ushbu maqolada Lecidea (Lecideaceae) va Aspicilia (Megasporaceae) jinslari, xususan uch saksikol tur — Lecidea fuscoatra, Lecidea atrobrunnea va Aspicilia cinerea lishayniklarining kimyoviy tarkibi va xemotaksonomik xususiyatlari bo‘yicha so‘nggi o‘n yildagi ilmiy adabiyotlar tahlil qilingan. Tahlil natijasida L. fuscoatra konfluentik va 2-O-metilkonfluentik kislotalar, L. atrobrunnea ham konfluentik, ham norstiktik kislotalar, A. cinerea esa norstiktik kislota va aspitsilin makrolidi manbai ekanligi aniqlandi. Norstiktik kislota ikki turning umumiy metaboliti bo‘lib, koordinatsion kimyo uchun kalit ahamiyatga ega. Ushbu qiyosiy kimyoviy tavsif keyingi metallorganik va supramolekulyar tadqiqotlar uchun asos bo‘lib xizmat qiladi.References
