Abstract
Ushbu ish Lyuis kislotasi (Al(OTf)3) katalizatori ishtirokida propargil spirtlarining nukleofil birikish reaksiyasi asosida yangi C-C bog‘ hosil qilish reaksiyasi hisoblanadi. Jarayonda tanlab olingan propargil spirtlari katalizator Al(OTf)3 erituvchi MeCN bo‘lgan sharoitda indollarning alkinillanish reaksiyasi amalga oshirilgan, natijada yuqori sellektivlik va yuqori unum bilan 3-propargillangan indollar hosil bo‘ldi. Jarayon turli xil erituvchilarda, haroorat va boshlang‘ich moddalarni turli mol nisbatlarida olib borilgan. Boshlag‘ich moddalar, katalizator va erituvchilarning mahsulot unumiga ta’siri tizimli tahlil qilingan. Sintez qilingan indol hosilalarining xususiy konstatsiyalari, tuzulishi va tarkibi zamonaviy fizik-kimyoviy tadqiqod usullari yordamida o‘rganilgan hamda isbotlangan.References
