Abstract

Ushbu tadqiqotda tomchilatib va egatlab sug‘orish usullarida yetishtirilgan soya navlarida fotosintetik pigmentlar miqdorining o‘zgarishi o‘rganilgan. Dala tajribalari sharoitida Nafis, Madad, Orzu va Sevinch navlarida eng kritik davrlari - gullash va dukkaklash bosqichlarida xlorofill “a”, xlorofill “b”, umumiy xlorofill hamda karotinoidlar miqdori spektrofotometrik usulda aniqlandi. Tomchilatib sug‘orish sharoitida barcha navlarda fotosintetik pigmentlar miqdori egatlab sug‘orishga nisbatan yuqori bo‘lishi aniqlandi. Pigmentlar miqdori bo‘yicha navlar o‘rtasida sezilarli farqlar aniqlanib, eng yuqori ko‘rsatkichlar Madad, eng past qiymatlar esa Orzu navida qayd etildi. Olingan natijalar tomchilatib sug‘orish soya navlarining fotosintetik tizim faoliyatini normal kechishi hamda o‘simliklarning fiziologik holatini barqaror saqlashda samarali sug‘orish usuli ekanligini ko‘rsatadi.
