Abstract
Mazkur maqolada arpa (Hordeum vulgare L.) genomidagi DREB transkripsion faktorlar oilasining qurg‘oqchilikka javob funksiyasi tahlil qilindi. So‘nggi adabiyotlar tahlili asosida 39 ta HvDREB genining filogenetik guruhlari, promotor cis- elementlari, ABA signal yo‘li bilan o‘zaro regulyator ta’siri va quyi oqim himoya genlari umumlashtirildi. HvDREB4.1 va HvDREB4.2 ning funksional tahlili ularning yadroda joylashuvchi aktivatorlar ekanini hamda ROS va membrana shikastlanishini kamaytirib, stressga chidamlilikni oshirishini ko‘rsatdi.References
