Abstract

Sophora japonica L. (Yapon saforasi) dukkakdoshlar (Fabaceae) oilasiga mansub bo‘lib, xalq tabobati va zamonaviy farmatsevtikada biologik faol moddalarga boy dorivor o‘simlik sifatida keng qo‘llaniladi. O‘simlikning mevalari flavonoidlar, alkaloidlar, fenolik birikmalar, vitaminlar va boshqa biologik faol komponentlarga boy bo‘lib, antioksidant, yallig‘lanishga qarshi va kapillyarlarni mustahkamlovchi xususiyatlarga ega (Kite et al., 2009; He et al., 2016). Shu sababli uning vitamin tarkibini zamonaviy instrumental usullar yordamida aniqlash ilmiy va amaliy ahamiyatga ega. Mazkur tadqiqotning maqsadi Surxondaryo viloyatida 2025-yil sentyabr oyida yig‘ilgan Sophora japonica L. mevalari tarkibidagi vitaminlarni yuqori samarali suyuqlik xromatografiyasi (YUSSX) usulida aniqlashdan iborat. Tahlillar Agilent Technologies 1200 Series yuqori samarali suyuqlik xromatografida amalga oshirildi. Natijada B₁, B₂, B₃, B₆, B₉ va C vitaminlari aniqlandi. Eng yuqori miqdor C vitamini (68,26 mkg/g)da, undan keyin B₁ vitamini (28,56 mkg/g), B₆ vitamini (15,43 mkg/g), B₂ vitamini (11,41 mkg/g), B₉ vitamini (6,55 mkg/g) va B₃ vitamini (0,81 mkg/g) qayd etildi. Olingan natijalar Sophora japonica L. mevalari vitaminlarga boy tabiiy xomashyo ekanligini hamda oziq-ovqat va farmatsevtika sanoatida istiqbolli manba bo‘lishi mumkinligini ko‘rsatadi. Vitamin miqdorlari foydalanuvchi taqdim etgan YUSSX natijalariga asoslangan.
