Abstract
Ushbu maqolada jismoniy yuklamalardan keyingi tiklanish davrida sportchilarning arterial qon bosimi va puls reaksiyalarida yuzaga keladigan fiziologik o‘zgarishlar tahlil qilinadi. Sport faoliyatida yurak-qon tomir tizimining yuklamaga javobi va tiklanish tezligi sportchining funksional tayyorgarligi, moslashuv darajasi hamda mashg‘ulot jarayonining oqilona tashkil etilganligini baholashda muhim mezon hisoblanadi. Maqolada sistolik va diastolik qon bosimi, yurak urish soni, pulsning tiklanish sur’ati, vegetativ boshqaruv va charchoq holati o‘rtasidagi bog‘liqlik ilmiy jihatdan yoritilgan. Shuningdek, yuklamadan keyingi tiklanish ko‘rsatkichlaridan sport amaliyotida foydalanish imkoniyatlari, ortiqcha zo‘riqish xavfini aniqlash va mashg‘ulot yuklamalarini individuallashtirish masalalari ko‘rib chiqiladi.References
