Abstract

Ushbu maqolada Microsoft korporatsiyasining 2026-yil iyun oyida taqdim etgan ikkinchi avlod topologik kvant protsessori — Majorana 2 — ilmiy jihatdan tahlil qilinadi. Majorana 1 ga nisbatan asosiy farq supero‘tkazuvchi materialning alyuminiydan qo‘rg‘oshinga (Pb) almashtirilishi va yarimo‘tkazgich faol qatlamning indiy arsenid (InAs) dan murakkab InAs/InAs0.8Sb0.2 kompozitiga o‘tkazilishida namoyon bo‘ladi. Bu o‘zgarishlar topologik bo‘shliqni 30 µeV dan 70 µeV gacha (2 barobardan ortiq) oshirdi va Majorana nol modlarining (MZM) barqarorligini ta’minladi. Natijada Z- paritetning o‘rtacha umri 1–12 millisaniyadan 20 soniyadan oshiq darajaga ko‘tarildi — bu 1000 barobardan ko‘proq yaxshilanishni bildiradi. Maqola topologik kvant hisoblash tamoyillari, tetron arxitekturasi, agentic sun'iy intellektning materiallar loyihasidagi roli va 2029-yilga mo‘ljallangan miqyosli kvant kompyuteri yo‘l xaritasini ko‘rib chiqadi. Shuningdek, ilmiy hamjamiyatdagi munozarali jihatlar va tekshiruv metodologiyasiga tanqidiy nuqtai nazarlar ham taqdim etiladi.
