Abstract

Ushbu adabiyotlar sharhida Azolla caroliniana ning fitokimyoviy tarkibi, biologik faolligi, stress omillariga nisbatan fiziologik moslanish mexanizmlari hamda fitoremediatsion va biotexnologik salohiyati bo‘yicha so‘nggi ilmiy tadqiqotlar tahlil qilindi. Adabiyotlar asosida o‘simlik biomassasida yuqori miqdorda oqsillar, antioksidant fermentlar, fenolik birikmalar va boshqa ikkilamchi metabolitlar mavjudligi aniqlangan bo‘lib, ular uning ekologik barqarorlik va biologik faolligini belgilovchi asosiy omillar hisoblanadi. Shuningdek, Azolla caroliniana ning og‘ir metallarga, sho‘rlanish va gerbitsid stressiga chidamliligi hamda suv ekotizimlarida ifloslantiruvchi moddalarni yutish qobiliyati yoritilgan. Ayrim tadqiqotlarda o‘simlik ekstraktlarining antimikrob, jumladan antibakterial faolligi qayd etilgan bo‘lib, bu uning fitopatogen mikroorganizmlarga qarshi biologik preparatlar yaratishdagi istiqbollarini ko‘rsatadi. Umuman olganda, Azolla caroliniana yuqori biologik salohiyatga ega bo‘lgan ekologik xavfsiz xomashyo sifatida biotexnologiya va qishloq xo‘jaligi uchun muhim resurs hisoblanadi.
