Abstract

Mazkur tadqiqotda yangi sintez qilingan dichlorobis(6-methoxy-1,3- benzothiazol-2-amine)cobalt(II) kompleksining fizik-kimyoviy xossalari, farmakokinetik profili, dori vositasiga o'xshashlik (drug-likeness) hamda medicinal chemistry ko'rsatkichlari SwissADME onlayn platformasi yordamida in silico usulda kompleks baholandi. Molekulyar tavsiflar, lipofillik, suvda eruvchanlik, ADME parametrlari, farmakokinetik xususiyatlar va dori vositasiga o'xshashlik mezonlariga muvofiqligi tizimli ravishda tahlil qilindi. Tadqiq etilgan kompleks o'rtacha lipofillik, qulay strukturaviy xususiyatlar hamda PAINS va Brenk ogohlantirishlarining mavjud emasligi bilan tavsiflandi. Suvda eruvchanlikning pastligi, oshqozon-ichak traktida so'rilishning cheklanganligi va ayrim empirik drug-likeness mezonlari bo'yicha kichik chetlanishlar aniqlangan bo'lsa-da, ushbu natijalar o'tish metallari koordinatsion birikmalarining o'ziga xos fizik-kimyoviy xususiyatlari bilan izohlanadi. Olingan natijalar tadqiq etilgan kobalt(II) kompleksining farmatsevtik istiqbolini nazariy jihatdan baholash hamda keyingi in vitro, in vivo va molekulyar docking tadqiqotlari uchun ilmiy asos yaratadi.
