Abstract

Tadqiqot ishlari g‘o‘zaning madaniy diploid va yovvoyi tetraploid tur vakillarida gullash muddati va gullash bilan bog‘liq xususiyatlarini molekulyar tadqiq etishga qaratilgan. Shunga ko‘ra, gullash bilan bog‘liq FLD geni tadqiqot namunalari genomida mavjud ekanligi aniqlangan, nukleotidlar ketma-ketligi sekvenirlangan va NCBI ma’lumotlar bazasiga kiritilgan.
