Abstract
Maqolada mana shu sohada olib borilgan ilmiy izlanishlar o’rganildi va tahlil qilindi. Shu jumladan mahalliy amarant navlarining kunjarasi tarkibidagi pektin moddasining molekulyar massasini va qovushqoqligini aniqlash usuli hamda natijalari keltirildi. Aniqlash usuli sifatida Duble metodi tanlandi, asosiy tajriba jihozi sifatida esa Ostvald va Ubbelode viskozimetrlaridan foydalanildi. Natijalarni jadvaldan va grafik ko’rinish holida taqdim etildi.References
