Abstract

Ushbu tadqiqotda qalampirmunchoq (Syzygium aromaticum L.) ekstraktlarining fenolik tarkibi va antiradikal faolligi baholandi. Suvli va 96 % li etanol ekstraktlari tayyorlanib, ularning antiradikal faolligi 2,2-difenil-1-pikrilgidrazil (DPPH) testi yordamida aniqlandi. Fenol birikmalar yuqori samarali suyuqlik xromatografiyasi (HPLC) yordamida identifikatsiya qilindi. Suvli ekstraktning IC₅₀ qiymati 87,92 ± 2,72 mkl, spirtli ekstraktniki esa 75,68 ± 3,30 mkl bo‘lib, spirtli ekstrakt yuqoriroq antiradikal faollik namoyon qildi. HPLC tahlili natijasida gal kislota (79,95 ± 1,32 mg/L), rutin (4,83 ± 0,25 mg/L), kversetin (1,88 ± 0,14 mg/L), apigenin (1,38 ± 0,13 mg/L) va salitsil kislota (0,30 ± 0,02 mg/L) aniqlangan. Olingan natijalar qalampirmunchoq ekstraktlarining fenol birikmalarga boyligini va yuqori antiradikal faollikka ega ekanligini ko‘rsatdi. Bu esa uni tabiiy antioksidant manbai sifatida biologik faol qo‘shimchalar, fitopreparatlar va funksional oziq-ovqatlar ishlab chiqarishda istiqbolli xomashyo sifatida qo‘llash imkonini beradi.
