Abstract
Maqolada Crocus sativus L. va Carthamus tinctorius L. o‘simliklarining kimyoviy tarkibi zamonaviy ilmiy manbalar asosida qiyosiy tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot davomida zafaronning apokarotenoidlari va maxsarning xalkon glikozidlari hamda flavonoidlarining miqdoriy ko‘rsatkichlari tizimlashtirilgan. Natijalar ushbu o‘simliklarning farmakologiya va tibbiyotda antioksidant, neyroprotektor hamda kardioprotektor vositalar yaratishdagi ahamiyatini ko‘rsatadi.References
