Abstract

Mazkur maqolada (2E)-3-(4-metoksifenil)prop-2-enalning(MDA) ayrim gidrazidlar (benzoy kislota gidrazidi, 2-xlorbenzoy kislota gidrazidi, 2,4-dixlorbenzoy kislota gidrazidi) bilan kondensatsiya reaksiyasi orqali yangi atsilgidrazonlar sintez qilindi. Reaksiyalar etanol muhitida amalga oshirilib, maqsadli mahsulotlar yuqori unum bilan olindi. Sintez qilingan birikmalarning ayrim fizik-kimyoviy kattaliklari aniqlanib, ularning tuzilishi IQ-, UB-spektroskopiya hamda mass-spektrometriya usullari yordamida tavsiflandi. IQ-spektr ma’lumotlarida C=N bog‘iga tegishli xarakterli tebranish chastotalarining paydo bo‘lishi Shiff asoslari hosil bo‘lganligini tasdiqlaydi. UB-spektrlarda kuzatilgan π→π* va n→π* elektron o‘tishlari molekulalarda kon’yugirlangan tizim mavjudligini ko‘rsatdi. Mass-spektrometrik tahlil natijasida aniqlangan [M+H]⁺ ionlari nazariy molekulyar massalar bilan mos kelib, sintez qilingan birikmalarning tuzilishini tasdiqlaydi. Tadqiqot natijalari ushbu sintez qilingan yangi Shiff asoslarining keyingi biologik faollikni o‘rganish uchun istiqbolli obyektlar ekanligini ko‘rsatdi.
