Abstract
Ushbu maqolada gallik kislota-suktsinimid-suv (1:1:1) ko-kristall tizimining ikki polimorf shakli rentgenostruktura tahlili va RMSD (Root Mean Square Deviation) molekulyar taqqoslash usuli asosida o‘rganildi. I-polimorf (DUNCOG , CCDC) va II-polimorf (exp_34) bir xil monoklinik P21/c fazoviy guruhiga mansub bo‘lsada, elementar yacheyka parametrlari (V = 1208.34 va 1246.53 Å3), zichlik (1.263 va 1.530 g/cm3) va molekulyar konformatsiya jihatidan farqlanadi. Molekulalararo RMSD tahlili ikkala polimorfning eng yaqin molekulalari orasidagi farq 2.70-2.86 Å ekanligini, polimorflar ichki xilma-xillik esa 6.6-17.7 Å oralig‘ida ekanligini ko‘rsatdi. Natijalar gallik kislota-suktsinimid sistemasida polimorfizm kuch-qudratini va konformatsion moslashuvchanlikni tasdiqlaydi.References
