Abstract

Ushbu ilmiy maqolada O‘zbekiston florasi va iqlim sharoitida introduksiya qilingan hamda oqova suvlarni biologik usulda tozalashda (fitoremediatsiya) faol ishlatiladigan ikki yirik gidrofit — Eichhornia crassipes (Suv gatsinti) va Pistia stratiotes (Suv salati) o‘simliklarining yer ustki qismidan gidrodistillatsiya yordamida ajratilgan efir moylarining komponent tarkibi Gaz xromatografiyasi — Mass-spektrometriya (GC-MS) usulida qiyosiy tadqiq etildi. Laboratoriya sharoitida olingan kromatogrammalar va mass- spektrlar taxlili har ikki o‘simlikning o‘ziga xos lipofil profili va terpenoid tarkibini ko‘rsatdi. Jumladan, E. crassipes moyida Oleic acid, ethyl ester (28.45%) va Hexadecanoic acid, ethyl ester (19.12%) yuqori konsentratsiyani tashkil qilsa, P. stratiotes namunalarida Hexadecanoic acid, ethyl ester (13.29%), erkin Palmitic acid (12.09%) hamda eng muhim fitosterollardan hisoblangan Stigmasterol (11.39%) dominant ekanligi ma’lum bo‘ldi. Shuningdek, xlorofill hosilasi hisoblangan Fitol diterpenoidi har ikki obyekatda ham qayd etilib, mos ravishda 12.35% va 2.12% ni tashkil etdi. Maqolada aniqlangan asosiy biofaol komponentlarning miqdoriy nisbatlari va ularning farmatsevtika, xalq tabobati hamda kosmetika sanoatidagi tibbiy-biologik salohiyati keng qiyosiy muhokama qilingan.
