Abstract
Antibiotik rezistentligi global sog‘liqni saqlash tizimi uchun jiddiy epidemiologik tahdid bo‘lib, yangi tabiiy antimikrob manbalarni aniqlash dolzarb ilmiy yo‘nalishlardan biri hisoblanadi. Mazkur tadqiqotning maqsadi Schoenoplectus lacustris subsp. hippolyti o‘simligining spirtli ekstraktining patogen mikroorganizmlarga nisbatan antibakterial va antifungal faolligini baholashdan iborat. Antimikrob ta’sir in vitro sharoitda disk-diffuziya metodi yordamida (CLSI M02 standarti asosida) aniqlanib, model mikroorganizmlar sifatida gram-manfiy Escherichia coli, gram-musbat Staphylococcus aureus bakteriyalari hamda Candida albicans zamburug‘i qo‘llanildi. Olingan natijalarga ko‘ra, ekstrakt E. coli ga nisbatan 12.6 ± 0.3 mm ingibirlash zonasi hosil qilib, eng yuqori antibakterial faollikni namoyon etdi. S. aureus uchun 3.4 ± 0.4 mm, C. albicans uchun esa 1.05 ± 0.5 mm ko‘rsatkich qayd etildi. Nazorat sifatida qo‘llangan steril diskda ingibirlash zonasi kuzatilmadi. Natijalar S. lacustris subsp. hippolyti ekstraktining selektiv antibakterial xususiyatga ega ekanligini ko‘rsatadi. Ushbu o‘simlik tarkibidagi biologik faol ikkilamchi metabolitlar uni tabiiy antimikrob manba sifatida istiqbolli nomzod sifatida baholash imkonini beradi. Kelgusida faol komponentlarni identifikatsiya qilish va minimal ingibirlovchi konsentratsiyani aniqlash bo‘yicha qo‘shimcha tadqiqotlar o‘tkazish maqsadga muvofiqdir.References
