Abstract
Maqolada oliy ta’limda sifat menejmenti tizimini takomillashtirishning uslubiy-tashkiliy masalalari meta-analiz usulida tahlil qilingan bo‘lib, tadqiqotda PRISMA tamoyillari asosida tanlangan empirik tadqiqotlar va mavjud meta-analizlar miqdoriy sintez qilindi. Sintez natijalari sifat menejmenti tizimining oliy ta’lim sifatiga kuchli va statistik ishonchli ijobiy ta’sirini tasdiqladi (umumiy effekt rRE=0,856; z=7,90; p<0,001). Shu bilan birga, tadqiqotlar o‘rtasidagi yuqori geterogenlik sifat menejmenti samaradorligi uslubiy-tashkiliy omillarga kuchli bog‘liq ekanligini ko‘rsatdi. Tashkiliy omillar ichida boshqaruv qo‘llab-quvvatlashi va liderlik eng kuchli determinant (taxminan 34 foiz hissa), undan keyin professor-o‘qituvchilar jalb etilishi, infratuzilma sifati va talabalar jalb etilishi turadi. Maqolada sifat menejmenti tizimini takomillashtirishning ko‘p bosqichli uslubiy-tashkiliy sikli taklif etilgan.
